I loved everything ! The customer service is received from the AM shift Courtney and Rayshawn was above and beyond. I encountered a small issue with the PM staff with a request, and when I saw Courtney the next morning, she was on it ! Every question i had, Rayshawn had the answer. If not, Courtney wasn't too far away . This was my first time in New Orleans for my birthday and the customer service i received at The Courtyard Marriott French Quarter is why I am a Marriott member and why on my next trip to The Big Easy i will be staying at the Courtyard Again

The staff were amazing. I arrived earlier than planned and they were able to hold my luggage while I waited for the room to be ready. They always greeted me when I came in and were so friendly with everyone. It was a 15-20 min walk to the convention center, but I always felt safe on the walk. So a nice spot between work and fun.

A great location near the French Quarter and Bourbon Street. The facilities were comfortable, they had a nice bar. They had a nice fitness center. The room was large enough and comfortable.

Our room location and view was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything we needed. The rooms were clean and hotel was very quiet which was nice.

Location excellent the billing was modernized and clean easy to get around. Every front office and cleaning staff that I encountered was very helpful very positive positive very pleasant and full of smiles

The staff was friendly, the room had mildew smell.. overall everything was great ... close to everything, walking distance to everything.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Super job!! The bar and breakfast area looked lovely, but I did not use them. The location cant' be beat - right near Canal on St. Charles. I was at Jackson Square and Cafe du Monde in 10 mins of walking.

Location was great, just one block from the French Quarter and right on the green street car line. First night there we asked for recommendations for dinner and one of the places the staff recommended was Luke's which was just a block and a half away and had the best fried oysters that I have had in a long time.

The shower water is so hot at all times loved it everyone so nice and helpful really enjoyed the stay love the bar
