Courtyard by Marriott New Orleans Downtown Near the French Quarter

I loved everything ! The customer service is received from the AM shift Courtney and Rayshawn was above and beyond. I encountered a small issue with the PM staff with a request, and when I saw Courtney the next morning, she was on it ! Every question i had, Rayshawn had the answer. If not, Courtney wasn't too far away . This was my first time in New Orleans for my birthday and the customer service i received at The Courtyard Marriott French Quarter is why I am a Marriott member and why on my next trip to The Big Easy i will be staying at the Courtyard Again

A great location near the French Quarter and Bourbon Street. The facilities were comfortable, they had a nice bar. They had a nice fitness center. The room was large enough and comfortable.

Our room location and view was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything we needed. The rooms were clean and hotel was very quiet which was nice.

The staff was friendly, the room had mildew smell.. overall everything was great ... close to everything, walking distance to everything.

Location was great, just one block from the French Quarter and right on the green street car line. First night there we asked for recommendations for dinner and one of the places the staff recommended was Luke's which was just a block and a half away and had the best fried oysters that I have had in a long time.
